Overview of the Pokken Tournament:

You’ll compete against the CPU in single battles; there are three difficulty settings to select from, so players of all skill levels can find the challenge enjoyable. Two players compete, utilizing a single Wii U machine, in Local Battles. One player will utilize the Wii U Game Pad in this mode, while the other player will use a controller that is compatible with Pokken Tournament Dx Download (see list below). Pokken Tournament Gameplay:

The fighting game Pokken Tournament incorporates aspects of both classic 2D and 3D fighters. There are two distinct phases to battles, and they frequently alter as the fight goes on. Field Phase is where battles start, and participants are free to wander about in a circular 3D battlefield. A phase change that enters the Duel Phase and places players on a two-dimensional battlefield happens if any player lands a specific sort of move. This type of play also involves changing controls.

Each battle Pokémon in the game has a unique HP value, which functions similarly to those in the main series of games. Normal Attacks, Grab Attacks, and Counter Attacks are the three types of attacks that battle Pokémon have, and they are all related to one another similarly to rock, paper, and scissors. This is known as the attack triangle. In the Duel Phase, battle Pokémon also possess special abilities known as stance, which allow them to modify the way they attack or a range of effects by slightly altering their position.

Pokémon possess considerably enhanced attributes when Synergy Burst is active. Synergy Burst marginally regenerates their HP and momentarily increases their attack and defense. A battle Pokémon will Mega Evolve if it possesses a Mega Evolution form. Pokémon are able to use their own burst attack while Synergy Burst is active. With only one use during Synergy Burst, the potent burst strike is limited.
